Walking Football begain in the UK...  and now... its here on Vancouver Island - Called Walking Soccer

What is this all about - Walking while playing Football or Soccer as we call it here?  Walking Football started in the UK and was first introduced by the Chesterfield FC Community Trust programme in 2011 to try and improve the health of older people in the area.  Want to know more of the history of Walking Football check out this link to The Walking Football Associaion England.  Now Walking Soccer is here for local players on Vancouver Island and beyond.
